A US software engineer named Scottie Allen stunned everyone when he was able to make a phone for iPhone 6S at a very low cost for what Apple USA, Scott Allen, said after buying a number of phone parts from the Chinese market and then installing them.
Software engineer Scottie Allen published his experience on the YouTube platform. He said he bought all the iPhone 6S phone parts from the Huaxiangbei market in China, and even those pieces he thought he would not find, including the Apple motherboard, Screen, chassis and battery, noting that the process cost only 300 USD.
Scotty Allen is one of Google's former engineers and founder of StrangeParts, which is now stable in China.
